Intensives
An intensive is a day and a half, immersive experience, guided by our team, to establish and align the vision for your project or portfolio.
After vision has been clarified, our team guides a 4 to 6 month process of developing a “bridging document” for your community. A bridging document is a comprehensive plan, collaboratively built with your team through a series of calls, meetings, and an on-site visit.
Strategic Plan
After a strategic plan has been established, we walk beside you and your team for at least 12 months. Our multidisciplinary team provides mentorship, strategic thought partnership, and fractional leadership on special projects to exponentially increase your chances of success; and work toward the flourishing of your community.

Leadership intensives are two days, focused on understanding your unique personality, fully unlocking your hidden potential, and determining your preferred future.
Leadership Intensives
Our team will facilitate a strategic planning retreat with your leadership to align the year’s objectives, operating initiatives, and project plans; bringing clarity and alignment.
Strategic or Annual Planning
Our team will create a custom curriculum for your core team. Content will be presented through monthly teachings, select wisdom, and meaningful tools that will give your team a common platform for learning and growing, as well as developing a common language that aligns with your company’s core values.

For Couples
Our Relationship Intensive is a two day, immersive experience, guided by John and Ash, to establish and align the vision for your marriage and family. The intensive consists of a short version Best Fit, conflict resolution discussions, exercises to identify and address past hurts & trigger words, and defining roles & responsibilities within your family, work, and lifestyle.
Relationship Intensive
After a Relationship Intensive, where the marriage and family vision has been established, John and Ash will guide you through the process of 5F Planning. This planning will further your alignment as a couple in the categories of Faith, Family, Fitness, Fun, and Finances. During the 5F planning there will be further discussion of difficult subjects. Through guided conversations, in a safe space, solutions & plans will come to light. The 5F Planning will culminate with a defined set of goals, as well as a clear plan to enhance and improve your marriage, family, and life.
5F Plan Development
After 5F planning, John & Ash walk beside you and your spouse for at least 12 months. During this period John & Ash will help you implement their proven 5F Operating System. Using the alignment gained during the Relationship Intensive & 5F Planning Process, you will create a cadence of weekly, monthly, and yearly alignment with your goals. Further, through a more in depth Best Fit, along with an exercise to determine your preferred future, you will find a level of alignment in life & work that you never thought possible.
